Le Cochon Wine Bar and Bistro is the newest addition to the Craft Urban Restaurant Group, created by Chef Bernie Laskowski.  The award winning Craft Urban Restaurants, located in Downtown Geneva and Aurora, are family owned and operated by the Laskowskis’. Le Cochon Bistro’s menu, a newer concept from the Craft Urban flagship,  represents Chef Bernie’s time working at Chicago’s most innovative French restaurants, Le Ciel Bleu, Marche and the Everest Room. Under Chef Bernie’s leadership, Le Cochon’s culinary team curates an approachable American interpretation of French country classics, served within a stunning and cozy renovation of a historic landmark home on the corner of Campbell and 3rd Street.

While dining, our guests can enjoy a glass of wine or creative cocktail handpicked and created by another star in the Laskowski family, General Manager and Beverage Director Bernard Laskowski III, Chef Bernie’s son. Bernard has honed his strong mixology skills with experiences at several impressive venues, including the award winning Money Gun in Chicago. As it is his passion, you will often see Bernard behind the bar at Le Cochon serving customers whenever his schedule will allow.
